Hotel Knowledge Base and AI Skills
I organized 238 drawing sheets into a searchable project database that links 115 rooms and 11 room types to 17,635 room-item records, with document conflicts logged instead of guessed. Nine reusable AI skills handle work such as document review, RFIs, scheduling, meeting minutes and quote analysis.

Room, space and item rows each carry their source sheet (rooms, space items and items also a reliability rating), so any count traces back to its drawing | |
45 document conflicts logged, 51 gaps flaggedFlagged by the tool | Conflicts, gaps and overrides sit in their own tables, one row each, ready for review (tagged on the schema, below) |
